Vacuum Insulation Panels for Pharmaceutical
Temperature controlled packaging and storage
Kevothermal Vacuum Insulated Panels have been prevalent in the cold chain temperature controlled packaging markets for many years and are used as an integral part of single and reusable passive temperature controlled shippers for life science, valuable pharmaceutical, clinical trials, blood supplies, tissue and vaccines movement.
By combining Kevothermal vacuum insulation into a box system with a new, tough, non-metalized barrier structural film, we can produce a robust shipping container with thermal performance that far surpasses conventional foam boxes.
Thinner wall thickness allows for smaller volumetric sizes that lead to reduced system weights, saving on overall freight costs and increasing the duration performance giving extreme resistance to high excursions of ambient temperature in challenging environments.
